ABOUT BEAR CREEK ENTERPRISES, INC.
Bear Creek began in response to a need in the construction industry for good, quality cleaning services geared to serve local Commercial and Residential Contractors. Initially Bear Creek offered only cleaning after a construction project was complete and ready for final occupancy.
Today Bear Creek offers Design/Build Home Improvement Services to transform backyards and exterior living spaces for homeowners in the greater Shenandoah Valley, Charlottesville City and Surrounding Counties.
Just recently Bear Creek has started building out tiny Studio Trailer Units. These units are designed for the mobile entrepreneur, studio artist, event planner or for anyone needing a mobile office or studio space to work on location or from their backyard. He began his career managing volunteer work crews for Habitat for Humanity. Through the years he has been involved in all aspects of the industry from field work and project management to owning and building a Design/Build remodeling firm.
Brian brings a strong background in construction operations, leadership and team building to Bear Creek. His focus is to make sure that our projects and construction teams are functioning at the highest level of efficiency and to deliver those projects on-time and on-budget.
He is passionate about building families and relationships through the projects we complete and the jobs we create.
Brian and Victoria reside in the Shenandoah valley. He loves participating in the many activities of his 4 teenage daughters, connecting with friends & family, spending time outdoors, and cheering on his favorite sports teams. He is an active member of Bridge Christian Church and the Greater Augusta Regional Chamber of Commerce. He has as served as a Youth Pastor & Pastor and volunteers as a youth softball coach.’ font_color=” custom_title=” custom_content=”]

From her years spent in Office Administration, Bookkeeping and Marketing to time spent as a staff writer for a large University, she has honed her skills in the trenches of business and the creative world of theater and writing.
In 2012 she completed her Bachelor’s of Science Degree.
She is passionate about building a strong business that helps to employee people as a means to provide for their families and allow them to tap into and hone their gifts and talents.
Victoria lives in the Shenandoah Valley with her husband Brian and their four girls. She loves supporting and encouraging her daughters in their various pursuits and traveling with her husband. She also loves to run, hike, mt. bike and snowboard on a regular basis.
